Public Notice: Draft Comprehensive Plan
In compliance with 22 Pa. Code § 4.13, the Northern Cambria School District draft Comprehensive Plan for [Years, 2025–2028] is posted for public inspection and comment for a period of 28 days prior to consideration and formal approval by the Board of School Directors.
The draft document is open for public review from September 17 through October 15. The District will receive public comments on the plan via:

Public Meeting: During public comment at the Committee of the Whole (COW) meeting on October 7.
Board Vote: The draft plan, along with any appropriate revisions resulting from public comment, will be voted on at the regularly scheduled meeting of the Board of School Directors of NCSD on October 21, 2026.
